Draft of the General Statute Rome, May 23, 2017. Today, Fr. Eduardo Robles-Gil LC, general director of the Legion of Christ and president of the Regnum Christi General Committee, announced the release of the draft of the new general statutes which strives to define the nature, purpose, spirit and apostolate of the Movement as a whole. Lisa Cusmano is a Regnum Christi member in Cincinnati. She shares the memories her husband’s family have of their dear friend, Fr Solanus Casey. On May 4th, 2017, Pope Francis announced that Fr. Solanus met the requirements necessary for beatification, becoming only the 2nd man born in the United States to receive this recognition.
