Our Name
The name “ECYD” is an acronym that represents “encounters, convictions, your decisions”, and is used as such globally, independent of a country’s language. The name denotes the dynamic of ECYD’s life: through different experiences of encounter, adolescents acquire firm life convictions and learn to make free and responsible decisions according to Gospel criteria.

The ECYD mission is to collaborate with Christ so that he might reign in the hearts of adolescents and in the world.
